Although I am at 447, I would be ecstatic even if the score breaks the all-time low record of 450 and comes down to 449. I like to see records break ;D

I think the ITAs will continue to be 3500 for the next draw and for a few more draws. The CRS will surely breach the 450 mark in 2 days time . Wednesday is going to be a historic day

As a policy they only allow citizens and residents of the host country to participate in the session. So, the chances of you receiving a reply from them are very slim. However, I am pretty sure that they are going to have a session in India soon.

I haven't come across a single argument till date which can explain logically why this score dropping trend could be reversed. So, be rest assured it will not and the scores will come down further with each draw, at least for the next few draws.

IMO, the next draw is the most important since it seems like the dreaded 450 barrier would finally be broken in the next draw. If that actually happens, then everyone sitting below 450 can hope for good times ahead.
