This is correct sometimes Mexico do not send AOR2. We did receive one a months or 2 after ECAS was update to we started to process your application. It was sent by email. Hope this answers your question.

Did you sent docs by courier of uploaded? Don't they usually send you a reminder if they don't receive the requested document? They won't any update in either GCKEY or ECAS as to whether or not they have receive it. Hopefully you get a reply from them but as you said ECAS upated on 28th we are...

We had the same problem, I sent several emails they told me that their tracking system was down. So I think this thing never works or may be in some countries only. Good thing that, like your husband, my wife was getting txt messages from them. No worries it's on it's way!!!
