I received email for info regarding portal, its been almost a week since I sent IRCC requested info but haven't heard back yet How long usually does it take for them to get back regarding portal

Give a couple of months atleast.

By looking at the timeline it seems they take approximately 6 days for portal creation and email thereafter

Any idea on how long does IRCC take to setup the PR portal after their first email is responded to ?

Didn't you get an AOR along with your Biometric request ? They both usually come together. Try looking in your junk email
