Just attach that letter. No need to show any extra fund, this letter is enough. I also shwon just support letter and accepted, they didn't asked for any extra support.

You can submit passport to any VAC. Contact VAC in Bahrain and they can send your passpirt to the corresponding VAC. First you have to change your address through web form
