My friend got a response from his MP today that IRCC is prioritizing Afghanistan at the moment. He couldn't get any answers on his inquiry about citizenship application.

Mine application is in process since January 24,2020. Since then nothing.

Interesting how they processing applications, I am October 2019 applicant, Mississauga office, waiting still to get test invite. Losing my mind every day!

It took me month and a half to receive COPR after Decision Made

I don't understand what kind of order they use or if there is any order for test invite. I applied in October 2019 and in process since February 12, 2020. I didn't receive test invite and I can see some people from mine timeline received it. I am so angry and frustrated.

Applied in January 2018, as we all know Etobicoke office is ridiculously slow.

That's right. Mine was transferred in 2018 for further assessment and on March 1st this year principal applicant received Eligibility passed letter, and i think week after Decision made. Wait has been long, I hope they will contact us soon.

Did they say in the letter what kind of proofs you need to submit? In my case, I submitted literally everything they outlined in the letter: lease showing both names, government mail received for both sponsor and applicant showing same address, taxes for 2019, jointly bank account, joint credit...

I agree. We should protest in front of the building. I am waiting since November 2018. Can't leave the country, missed so many things with family back home, my psychological health is messed up. Can't plan anything in my life properly because of this.
