Hello Change. Its best to be patient and wait for them though the wait is not easy. If there is any issues they will call you. I was called to update an information on my background declaration which i did and scanned to them and my pick up mail came less than a week later.

I got my passport request in October 2015, passport delivered by Fedex, 4th November 2015. no word since. ECAS still on : in process. The wait and anxiety is not easy.
