Yes it will turn to approved when the card is mailed to you. It usually takes around 10-14 days after production. Once it turns to approved, it means that the card has been mailed to you, and you'll receive it in a few days (depending on where you live). That's the general pattern here.

That probably means your PR Card has been sent for printing.. You can call to double check but that's generally the trend here. You should received it within 2 weeks

They received my re-submitted photos on the 23rd of April, and when I called last week they told me that my card was sent to production on the 23rd of May. So I guess they're already processing photos received on (at least) the 23rd of April. I've been reading a lot on this forum (going months...
