Is anyone having issues with gckey and ecas. On my my wife's ecas it states that visa for permanent residence say DECISION MADE. And on her gckey no update.

Wla na po the last document that was requested was original PSA. That's it kasi pasado wife ko sa medical.

Ng submit ako yung dec 2016. Medical request was done in late March. I just find out on ecas na decision made na but walang update sa gckey

I've emailed something to them in the past but sabi daw if ur application is within processing time they won't entertain u. Yun na nga. Pero DECISION MADE daw sabi ng ECAS. What can I do to get over this speed bump

And I and my wife haven't received any email or letter. Is there a number that I can call other than cic? I need to talk to someone about this.

How do I connect with the proper person cuz everytime I call cic always high volume and cannot connect me to client care agent.

Do u have gckey account? Kasi my gckey account hasn't been update for almost 2 months na. But when I look on ECAS. Sabi daw dun DECISION MADE. But I have recieved any letter or anything from anyone.

The thing is the my changed her email address after the fact I submitted our application. But then I used Web form to change email address. But did no feed back. I linked our application on gckey to my email address.

I want to find out what can I do or who can I call. On my gckey it's been a while since it's been updated but when I checkled ecas it states that, "DECISION MADE". But I haven't received any correspondence letter from anybody. But when I call cic for status updates on application it says that...
