They sent you pre-arrival service means they done with everything related to security and criminal check. Do not worry about these messages on GcKey, some of them changing to completed or approved after you receiving CoPR.

Pre arrival service mail is positive respond on your application and you will get PPR very soon. Now you have to print the biometric instruction to give your fingerprints in VAC ( VFS global Cairo). Do not forget to take your passport with you.
