You're welcome. I uploaded additional documents (RPRF + Military service record) as requested by IRCC on April 20th. I haven't received any other updates yet but most likely I will receive PPR in this lifetime. :D

Same thing happened to me but the date of the "medical passed" was also changed. It most probably means that your medical results were extended.
