WIll there be a difference? I mean if the photographer is going to jus write on it rather than print then I myself can do that right?

Lol I had the same questions. You just have to submit the "investment directions" and just the acknowledgement form which they give you after the medical exam.

On the checklist it is mentioned that it should be dated and the name should be printed. So can I just write my full name and the date I will submit the application on the back of the photograph?

Queen's. I did not get any mail from them finally after sending multiple mails to them they sent a letter with university seal saying I have done the payment. Huge relief :)
