For us it took 3 weeks from the day the passports reached Ottawa office.

I am in the same boat. From the tracking, I know they received it on Feb 7th, but when I called their official time of acknowledging the passports was on Feb 14th. I called again last week and was told that "it is in printing room"..!! I will call again this Thursday if I don't see any movement...

@Bandit Queen - Did you receive your passport back with COPR? I sent it on Feb 7th and has still not received it. Did your account get updated? Mine was updated end of last week. Any other Jan 30th PPR people, what is your status with the passports?
