Nice! Montreal office is processing very fast! ;) Etobicoke is one of the slowest ones... people who submitted photos in January are still waiting.

depends on which VO you are linked to... Etobicoke tends to be the slowest one. In my case, it took 1 week between the email with my information and the one with credentials back in January. It has been 6 months since... and I am still waiting for my PR Card. haha

Which VO? your new copr should take 6 months (in theory, I would say 1 year). If you are linked to the Etobicoke Office, you can expect waiting the same amount of time or even more for your card, which by the way, will come with the proper information, since it takes the data from their system...

When I called them they mention that my information was correct in the PR card side… the problem is that the data in the copr is manually entered.. that’s why some fields can have typos/wrong information. I am still waiting for my card… pictures sent in january, ecopr in feb 6. Every time I call...

That's really sad... I am waiting for my PR Card since January... my ecopr was available for download, but it was worthless.. lot's of wrong information... good luck for all of us!

The problem usually is how the information is in their system.. mainly the city of birth.. it is also case sensitive... What helped me was calling them and ask which information I should add to link my application. Regarding calling them, the best time is between 8AM and 9AM.. if you call...

Right!? I don't know why mine is taking 5 months.. every time I call CIC they say the same thing.. "Still processing Sir" haha

Do you guys know if submitting photos via their web portal, actually is worst than mailing them? I've done mine via the portal (only option given to me) and so far there were no GU.. my application status still shows up as "Submitted" since Feb 6. Checking the portal, it still shows as "In review"
