Anyone from Calgary office who has completed the Oath Ceremony on June 6th? Has any one received the citizenship certificate? The online ECAS shows application closed so not sure if the certificate has been mailed or not?

Hello Everyone, Final update on my application. Citizenship Oath ceremony Completed - June 10th, 2022. Application now closed. A year old struggle finally completed. The next struggle is to get a passport .. Any tips would appreciate for applying in Calgary to get passport quicker?

Hello Everyone, My Test status updated to complete March 21 but since then no update? Any clue how long for the Oath ceremony?

Just received update today for Citizenship test . I have not received email yet but online tool shows status update. If I do not get an email still can i take the exams in the date specified online?

Thanks is this mention somewhere on CIC website just because the airline many times are not aware of such policies and they create nuisance. If we can have this in writing somewhere we can show them

Can my parents travel with the new passport with the landing VISA in the old passport along with them? If they are able to travel before September? I could nt find any reference on CIC website mentioning this ?

I am in the same boat. My parents landing VISA expires in September and i dont think they can land due to COVID. Their passports are expiring in Feb so even extension on the passport will not be possible. Let me know what should i do apply for new passport and they extension?

@YULIA-2016 Please update the myCIC account now has the Application Status as Approved. It also details the VISA stamping done at Delhi VAC. Thanks everyone for the help.

Same boat passports submitted Feb 7th to Delhi VISA office. Still waiting for them. Frustrating one of my friend received the passport in 1 week.

Keep checking the ECAS status , it will update there.

Hi Guys , I am also on the same boat, my parents passport reached Delhi VISA office on Feb 7th but still it is showing in process.

For me i got the PPR in a week after the DM status was changed.
