I can answer this as my personal experience, I didn't submit my birth certificate but when I linked my application they first asked me for my birth certificate and after 2 month I got AOR, so please submit it.

Hello, yesterday in my file I got the medical passed, it was like a ghost update, I didn't get any mail but I logged in and medical was passed, but today I got the email from cic and I got PAL, but the medical passed is disappeared, so is there any issue ?
