i think you dont need to register, they will give you a temporary credentials to login to the pr portal, then you will upload you photo and confirm that you are in Canada.

i also dont know, i just email them my info and still waiting for the portal invite. did you already get invited?

Why is it "Your temporary residence application has been approved and an occupation-restricted open work permit is being issued.", wouldn't it be your permanent residence? Im confused, and why do you need open work permit if you are applying for a PR? thanks.
