1.the ONLY way to check things about SS is to order cbsa note (google to get to know how to order notes) 2. you cannot expect the time. I can only say usually it can be 7-10 months whose SS started in 2019. BUT there are people are longer than this. btw, eligibility does not come with SS...

there is no reason. nobody knows why... all you can do is to wait patiently ~

Thank you for the advice. It is definitely useful ! But I am not there yet. Previously, all was passed except I was put in Comprehensive Security Screening. Now SS is passed. I am waiting for the DM letter and inland interview. Not sure if someone has same experience and share the timeline...

normal security check could be just one day to pass.. if your security check is in process for more than 2 weeks, just order cbsa notes to confirm if it is security screening.

Yes, it is normal. GU is just meaningless. I believe you have ordered notes, as long as it looks good in there. You are fine !
