Hi Guys, did anybody recently apply for their parents' visitor visa through the IRCC portal? Under the activities tab, they ask for work history, but there is no option for self-employed. Did anybody else face this issue? I need to know which option to select. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I applied for my citizenship application on September 13th from Grande Prairie, AB AOR: November 26th In Process: December 4th I haven't received anything after that, no fingerprint request, no test date. Just Curious if there is anybody else in the same boat as me.

Hi, in my case I got an letter asking for medical, and in the same letter they have asked me to attach the medical receipt through gckey account after medical.

if the principal applicant is dealing with CIC on their own then you don't have to fill it, but if you are a sponsor and you want to receive messages instead of principal applicant and you want to receive all the other information regarding your file, then yes you need to fill it otherwise they...

well there is definitely adifference between time lines after august 2017, I myself applied for my wife in November 2017, and so far it is going at an steady pace. Best of luck to you. :)

Hi I mailed my application to cic on may 11 and it got received there on may 15 and i got my application number on June 26th :)....and it says in process on their website and if you click the link it says application received on may 15th. waiting for their next response.
