Thanks. I called CIC this morning around 9AM and was able to get hold of an agent. The agent said the certificate was shipped last week i.e. shipped 3 weeks after oath ceremony.

Hi, what phone # did you call? I tried calling 1-888-242-2100 but couldn't find the right menu selection to talk to an agent.

I submitted a request for urgent issue of certificate with proof of travel. It has been 3 weeks and still no certificate delivered. I have to travel next week.

Wow. My oath was May 27th at Montreal office. Looks like they weren't kidding when they said it could take 4-6 weeks to receive the certificate.

@433 I have been following this thread for a while now and still haven't seen a plausible explanation as to how 3500+ people with 441+ scores entered the pool in 3 weeks! Talking about draw 57 here.
