Thank you for the quick reply. It turn out to be a special document which should be opened with Adobe. I managed to open and fill out the form. However I am stuck in the last part. Signature... Should I sign it electronically using Adobe signing tools or should I just write my name in the space...

I was expecting CoPR in March, but no update yet :/ My process so far is like this: 29 DEC - AOR 9 FEB - MEDICALS 12 FEB - BIOMETRICS The only thing I can do now is to wait... I am in Ankara btw, where do you live?
