Update: My citizenship cert has finally come back to me.

Anyone still not receiving the citizenship certificate after receiving the passport? I am worried that they forget to send back the citizenship certificate to me. My case: Mail application arrives at Gatineau on August 5, 2022. Passport received (via Xpresspost) on October 13, 2022...

You should wait until 3 May, as they need within 30 days (since 2 April) to process the passport. My case is that my passport was dispatched from Singapore on the 22nd day.

Finally I got my COPR on 18/4. From the response from the Visa Office, I found that it took 10 days for my passport from Vietnam to reach the Visa Office in Singapore. What a slow delivery service provided by the CVAC! :eek:

Anyone here has pp processed at Canada Visa Office in Singapore? I sent mine to CVAC on 12 Mar but now it's been 29 days and my tracking status just says pp is being processed at Canada Visa Office. Is it abnormal to be this long? I'm worried.
