I just received my OCI. The purolator guy didn’t ask for my name, so I think anyone present in the house could sign and receive the package.

I don’t think you will get OCI before your flight. I applied on October 31 2023 at Brampton BLS, got acknowledgment on December 4 2023, and I’m expecting my OCI today as per purolator tracking. Check your receipt from the day you applied, if it has courier fees, you will get it by purolator.
