Thanks. I have no idea why they gave it for 2 years, they usually give it for less than 10 years when the passports are expiring soon but their passports expire in 2027.

Most likely there won't be any major issues for any minor discrepancies.
I have my middle name in a lot of my Canadian documents and it's missing in a lot as well, haven't created any kind of problem to me yet.
then most probably it's a scam email.
First of all, they won't email you to revoke the visas.
If there was anything like this, they would send a letter.
And if they were to send an email, they would mention your name/file name etc.

He's got a Diploma and Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and job letter says Junior Engineer. He's been working on that position for almost 3 years now.

Once it gets approved in there, you'll get the card within 7 days as per my experience and few others that I've seen here.
