Applying for a TRV post receiving an AOR1

Sorry it seems that I mis-interpreted what you were saying. I think you meant, she just needs to show that she'll be returning to India after a short period of time(6 months?) to get a TRV.

Applying for a TRV post receiving an AOR1

Hi, Thanks for you response. So the truth is, I actually WANT her to move to Canada asap. Based on what you're saying, applying for a TRV won't be the right thing to do in that case?

Applying for a TRV post receiving an AOR1

    COPR and coronavirus

I just had a question, for people whose visas have expired, does being in the US make any difference? Like if we get a visitor Visa for the US, travel to the US and then try to raise the ready to travel webform and all that, would that be any different than doing it from India?

    COPR and coronavirus

So I raised a web form, got a response asking me to provide all the details like quarantine plans , itinerary etc(check their website for more details), replied to that, a week later, guess what I got?? The same exact response asking for the same exact details. IRCC is above rationality.

    COPR and coronavirus

Yep , and additionally , you have to have a "compelling reason" to travel.

    COPR and coronavirus

If the words on their website are to be interpreted as is, then indeed, all expired CoPR holders who had it issued before 18th March can travel to Canada. But I would raise a web form and double check just to be sure.

    COPR and coronavirus

I'm in India and got the same response when I raised a "ready to travel" webform. However, I'm not sure what to say as I don't know which flight specifically can I book for sure. The schedule is uncertain.
