Yes, I noticed that there is no logout which is weird. Just close the window. When you get your AOR, you will be using a different website (application tracker) they have a log out button.

I finally received my AOR on July 29, 2021 (I applied online on January 17, 2021)

I applied online on January 2021 and still no AOR I submitted 4 webforms requesting an update and IRCC keeps sending me automated responses. I am soooo frustrated. Anyone is in the same situation?

I did not upload a text. I uploaded the receipt which has the address on it as PDF. I also typed the address in a text file and then took screenshot and upload it as a JPEG. Text file is not mandatory. It's optional. I guess, the did not think it could be a problematic on Macs.

I have questioned myself that as well. This whole online system is a mess! I applied online January 17. I submitted a webform to update my expired healthcare with a new one and they told me they did not find anything application. I called immigration and they said they did not find anything...

Someone also said .. no spaces in the filing naming

If you filed 20017, 18 and 19, it's okay if you submit your application and saying no for 2020 taxation. I don't think you need to explain as you need at least 3 years filing and you have them.
