I think so this 3 day thing is mainly making snow birds stay home and on the other hand helping hotels to generate some revenue.

I dont think it is a bad thing. My uneducated guess is the due date to process your application has passed. It could be a test invite/document request/so on. I think you will see some updates soon. Best luck, no worries. Many applications must be in the same state due to the novel virus.

As far as I know none of the 2020 applicants got a test invitation yet. In process stage, criminal checks, background checks and residency verifications are done. Some got a request for finger prints or additional documents. If all goes well, next stage after in process should be test invitation.
