Same here, waiting for an eCOPR after submitting Photo and address from 5th September. VO Montreal.

I don't think they will process further for any of Indian applicants file due to rising tension between two countries.

I guess she can still travel on her Valid visitor or super Visa. she can quickly go and come back. or ask/submit the same question in online webform. they might get back to you in a day since this seems very urgent.

I also Got 1st virtual landing portal notification email to confirm address photo and declaration in Canada yesterday, now will have to wait for eCOPR and PR Card in the mail.

I'm also in the same boat. I have entered the date when my parents visited us very first time on their super visa back in 2017 as original entry date.
