This time last year processing time was literally 3 weeks. My friend applied in feb and got it in feb.

Why's the processing time so high right now? 4 months? Who even applies for PGWP in november? people either graduate december or may no?

Is there any disadvantage to get OINP? Seems advantageous (no property tax) and my employer willing to sponsor. Any reason not to?

prediction: I think this week most before May 30th will get theirs. May 30th might be half friday half monday after. I think every work week they process around 3-4 days worth of applicants.
