I know. In my case only test is completed (check my signature). Its very frustrating. You are in a better position than me. I would suggest try requesting notes under Access to Information (heard privacy notes are getting delayed)

I have always lived in Brampton and still my application is being processed by Scarborough office. Don’t know how this system works.
