so far is normal, but if you don't get anything in say a week or two, I would recommend calling IRCC, if no response from them then use KAI. KAI is basically sending emails to all other Visa office, if you search KAI on google you will find all the emails in one of the forum and you can reply...

You will laugh. I have inside Canada case through specials Steam called TR to PR. I applied July 16, 2021 my AOR was August 2022.

No idea. I haven't researched it yet as I am still behind. lol but I Think approx. timeline is under 3 months (some people got in under 2 weeks as well).
