if the PA received ECOPR and the dependent already landed here in canada, the dependent will be back to the port of entry where she/he’s landed?

my situation is i already have portal1 and portal2 and waiting for my ECOPR my dependent(outside canada) received her passport request and already submitted at VFS hope the officer will stamp her Visa even though i don’t have ECOPR yet.

Hi! You mean your dependent is out side Canada and your the principal applicant is inside Canada? Your dependent received passport with Visa stamped even though you the principal applicant don't have yet ECOPR

My ECAS status changed from application received to in process again and have line2 saying we started processing your application on April 27 and after and today I received a message from IRCC that my files transferred to MVO from Mississauga and my GCkey profile changed from submitted to updated.

Anyone who files transferred to MVO from Mississauga?
