I got it on Friday.

Applied in 2019 got the form to open, filled and submitted in few minutes still missed it by just 2 minutes. Did not get selected for 2020. But finally got the invite today at around 1:12 pm est in Ontario. We also got the email from the Mississauga cpc email.

Thanks @robertp for that compilation. So they tried to make it transparent enough so that every group of few thousands get a chance. Hope anyone can find a pattern that can help us in 2021 applications.
