My lawyer said that 150 days, but up to now its over, still wait wait wait and very stress. I plan to back my home country for 2 weeks but must to change eticket with high cost.

Hi, I applied through my lawyer and she advised me stay inland until decision is made. If you have visitor visa, You could travel bit 50/50 in border when you come back, the immigrant could ask you some document or you can check in but you can not work until have new one letter for wp.

I applied extend my work permit 5 months (till Jan), my work is under SUV program. Do anyone know how long will get it? I need back my home country this summer but can not :(
