Link your PR card application to GCKey account and it will show an update once the card is mailed to you

Your PR card will be sent to the address that you have mentioned in the portal all along.

GU must be for the photo approval. Most probably, your PR card will be mailed within 5 days. Photo will be approved but on PR portal, it will keep showing as in review

As address is accepted, eCoPR is issued and for that there is a notification mail. But keep checking PR portal regularly so that if there is any additional requirement, you will come to know about it immediately.

You should have checked spam as well. For now, contact IRCC. That's the only option you have
