WES doesn't accredit universities per se...If you (and the university) sends complete documents they surely will evaluate w.r.t. Canadian education system.

They generally give you specific time...if you cannot submit within that time (give or take a few days)they may reject you. So common sense suggests although they should not be asking you for US (FBI) PCC, but in case they do (you never know CIC, when it comes to asking for additional doc/info)...
