I just got medical and pre-arrival letter yesterday. 9th July.my file was transferred to Vancouver on 24 June with eligibility letter.

I have not even got the medical request. The biometric however is completed yesterday on 26th June.

Was your file transferred after eligibility letter? I got mine transferred after biometrics and with eligibility letter it is now transferred to Vancouver office.

I got my AOR on 28th of May and biometric on 18th June . So makes it around 20 days for me. But I don’t know between biometric and PCC and medicals.

I received my AOR but does not have UCI on that just application no is that normal? That had the same message like submit imm 5768 if no it included with the application. I did include IMM 5768 with application.
