Status changed to Police Clearance Certificate has been printed. When can I expect to receive this from BLS?

PCC is ready for issuance...it has been that since 8th May and I've emailed pcc asking for update. Got generic responses, processing is usually 6-8 weeks, you will get it next week. Not sure what's taking so long if its ready for issuance.

What's the average time from PCC available for issuance and being printed/posted?

Applied for in-laws on April 20th through the IRCC portal. Biometrics completed on April 29th. Any application from April who got a decision? I do see one but looks like having a valid US visa expedited things for them.
