In my case, my spouse fingerprints were received on February 20 and no update ever since. So yeah, it is random indeed in terms of time it can take.

Got update on Feb-10 for Test completed (tracker shows Feb-8) Also just for reference for everyone: While both me and my wife gave test on Jan-29, we didn’t get update until Feb-8, when my wife got another email asking to retake the test - saying there was some technical issue in the first one...

Do you see Test completed on your Tracker ? I did my test on Jan 29 as well but still shows in progress.

I got it the same day as I saw the update in the tracker - Jan-25. Please do check your SPAM folder as well, for my spouse the email landed in SPAM. If you still don't see it, it will be good to contact IRCC to check.
