Hey guys, I’ve finally got my certificate today! Well apparently yesterday (the only day which I haven’t checked my mails)… I received it after 5 weeks. Wish everyone good luck!

Yes ! but they said it hasn’t been mailed out yet and they didn’t know why she took about 30 mins to check the status of my file and then told me i dont know! Looks like they’re just lazy to mail out these…

Glad you received it! one month and I still haven’t heard anything about it and my tracker is still in progress. my husband had his oath after me and already got his certificate a week ago!

i called this : 1-888-242-2100 you can wait for the automated message where asks for your UCI, pin it in, then go as below so you don’t have to wait for all the automated messages: 1-3-4-2-0

I had my oath on Feb 15th as well , nothing yet… i’m on a call with them right now and they’re saying it hasn’t been mailed yet. I asked why and i’m back on hold again hope we all receive it soon !

I tried this number but always ended up with automated reply and the call gets disconnected in the end ☹️

I had my oath ceremony on Feb 15 and sent out the email they asked about right after the ceremony, but my tracker hasn’t hanged ever since. Anyone else has the same issue?
