I'm kind of confusing how CIC works, my timeframe is almost same as yours and we are also in Montreal, except, my wife's ecas was updated two weeks ago that both two steps were decision made, however till now, I only got AIP, she received NOTHING. Stupid CIC!!!!!

Hello angtao, I live in Montreal. I think CIC will only send the confirmation letter to the mailing address on file, not two. You may receive very soon or may have already received the AIP letter, did you check with your immigration consultant? Did your ecas state when they send the letter?
