Hi Friend I hope you receive the card soon. I have the exactly same timeline as yours, but my landlord got the key for the mailbox so I could not check it frequently. I bet our cards will get delay due to holiday + Canada post does not work on Sat and Sun. i think the courier is Canada Post?

If I were you I think it’s better to raise the thing to the ircc webform about this. They will put a remark on your file, preventing future confusion

I checked and the processing time for PRTD in my country would be at least 3 months

June 29: received email and answer question to open Portal June 30: Portal link and upload photo + address on the same day July 5: Adress is approved. E-copr is received. Photo in review August 15: wait in panic because bought a flight ticket in September
