Yes I had submitted the fresh fd details along with fresh POF letter on the IRCC web forum. Would suggest you to go this way and apprise them of your latest fund status.

Hi Everyone, In one of my POF certificates, only name of financial institution is mentioned as a Logo and there is no contact information such as address, telephone number and e-mail address. Is it fine to upload this letterhead. Pls advise, it's super urgent........ eAPR date is 20-10-2019...
