@Wasim2307 Did you receive any help from CIC? I know these guys are terrible at their job and they won’t reply and keep your phone call in the IVR loop. Still checking for any updates?

Tried different browsers, private window, phone, different computer, ... nothing works. In the portal current mailing address and PR photo is still in IRCC review. May be it has something to do with it?

Thanks for the research. These responses from IRCC is very generic and doesn't fit this issue. I can't even download the eCoPR. Once downloaded, I assume adobe should be able to open the file.

eCoPR is available in the PR portal for primary applicant and the dependant. However, when you click Download there is an error: There was a technical error when handling your request. Please try again later. So far, I reported technical issue on IRCC website and sent email to PR portal...

Are you able to download the eCoPR? I received eCoPR in the PR portal on Aug 15 but I get technical error message when I download. Error says "There was a technical error when handling your request. Please try again later."

No they do not update PR portal at all. I received PR and the status on the portal is still returned. Isn't it funny? You shouldn't worry about the status on the PR portal.

I submitted the error report and replied to the portal email with the details. Will update you if I find any solution.

They ask for what they need from you or what is missing in your file. For me they asked for other general submissions but not IMM1283

Check your street mailbox. They sent me a paper copy of the letter. I also called IRCC and then they sent me PDF of the letter via email.
