Try to inquire through the ircc webform that's what I did. They replied after a week and gave me the temporary file number.

Oh no, I didn't change the dates. So can I change the dates on the forms and send it through webform? My nomination is not expired yet when I re-submitted my application. Thank you @Miss bee for your reply.

Yes, if you receive your AOR for the PR application you can apply Bridging Open work permit.

For Tourism and Hospitality is not for Express entry, you need to create an online application and upload the required documents. And if you are eligible, they will give a Nomination certificate to apply for PR. And yes, you must have a job offer and positive LMIA.
