    I am saying because my childhood friend is IFS posted in Europe and has mentioned this. They print OCI in Berlin for a bunch of indian high commissions from Europe. Delhi just does verification.

    Guys- can someone explain walkin process for brampton or toronto bls? I am more interested to know when one should go there (4am, 5am, 6 am) to ensure a slot for walk-in. Also, do we get token or sign somewhere to make an entry in the queue?
