Got email from Niagara today for downloading the ecertificate. No Oath invite yet. Looks like a lot of us got it

I was told it may take 3-4 months for Oath. I hope not :(

Thanks I called IRCC and looks like our applications are at the Niagara falls office. Its pretty slow unfortunately.
