Hello , I landed just a week ago , and linked my app to my CIC account , today I saw a ghost update , I thought we're done with those anyway , what does that mean?

Hi everyone , I landed on January 7 , at Montreal airport ,the lady didn't ask me about an adress for my pr card , however she gave me an online adress to enter my adress. Now I've linked my pr application to my CIC account but couldn't enter my adress using that link. Anyone can help please?
