Hi kabayan, i am planning to contact helpline group to obtain my pcc. I couldn’t find reviews about the agency in the internet. How was your transaction with them? Were you able to receive your PCC within 10days as mentioned in their website?

If your security is in progress for more than 6 months, CBSA notes is a better option.

Hi Jsinghani, I am still waiting for PPR, my application is under comprehensive security screening. They requested for additional documents on Jan2018. after that, no update from them.

My husband is, and his SS started april 2018. still not finalized though

they extended my medical validity til april 18. would you happen to know when your security screening started? mine started april 4 last year.

usually, re-medicals are initiated once bg checks are complete. you will receive your ppr mail soon.
