May I ask which office did you have interview with?

My sister applied for both PR card (her previous one expired) and citizenship at the same time. 2 applications were linked to her account. And they ended up processing her citizenship first. You don't need a PR card to apply for citizenship. All you need is your COPR.

Same case for me. I thought it was weird at first but proceeded to link my application regardless. I found that the new tracker and gckey is not in sync. I received my SA, which was updated on the new tracker, but not reflected on gckey. Anybody else in the same boat?
