anyone here under Outland PNP EE and AOR around AUG 9 ?

mine is similar but Outland. ITA 16 Jul. AOR 9 AUG.

P I am also Outland under Montreal PVO. My AOR is 9 AUG

I understand Security is last stage and has dependency on Eligibility but since Nov 1st there has been no change in Eligibility status. Even if it is in progress will be good but as per agent, it’s not started which is strange.

Does anyone know if Its normal for Eligibility status “Not Started” or is there any concern ? criminality/info sharing stages completed Bio/meds passed Security status also shows “Not Started”
